Do I need to pack my items during the backloading process?
At Optimove, we do offer a complete packing and unpacking service. Our team is trained to handle your belongings with the utmost care and ensure they are securely packed for the move. However, if you prefer to pack your belongings yourself, that's entirely up to you.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking your move in and out of the Sunshine Coast as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Our calendar can fill up quickly, especially during peak moving times. However, we understand that sometimes moves can be last-minute, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What precautions does Optimove take in light of COVID-19?
The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Optimove is closely following guidelines from health authorities and implementing measures like regular sanitisation of the entire truck and equipment, wearing masks and gloves, and practising social distancing.
Can I move my plants during interstate removals?
We understand that your plants are precious. However, we cannot transport plants in our removalist truck due to their delicate nature. We recommend making alternate arrangements for moving your plants when moving interstate.
